Pickups: 1. An old PRS Hot vintage treble in the bridge. And it still has a sticker underneath that says “Used on Up From Ashes” which is cool. 2. Custom wound Dimarzio Pork Shop in the middle (not available for sale). 3. Dimarzio Satch Track Neck.
The Les Paul custom on “Face the Truth “cover was not used on the album. It just looked good on the cover. And it was black, which is what the photographer wanted.

My old Arvidson Strat has finally found its way home after 25 years!
It was my main guitar on my first solo tour in ’87 (“Total Control”) and the “Face the Truth” album as well as the Don Dokken’s “Up From the Ashes” album and tour.
It has also featured on many videos in the late ’80s so I’m very happy to have had it back after so long, thank you so much to Francesca and Mark (Mark Cameron Amplification) for making it possible for me to reunite with my old “friend”!
