JOHN NORUM releases single CALLING from his latest solo album GONE TO STAY, with accompanying music video.
John Norum is mostly known as the founder and lead guitarist from the rock band Europe that quickly took the name as Sweden’s biggest rock export with the songs “The Final Countdown”, “Carrie” and “Rock the Night” and has sold over 15 million albums worldwide.
On October 28, 2022 Norum released his 9th solo album titled Gone to Stay, and is now greeting his fans with a new single and a music video directed by award winning director Patric Ullaeus from rEvolver Film Company.
CALLING is a hard rock song with a driving rhythm and with catchy guitar riffs. The song consists of powerful guitar solos along with soaring vocals, and highlights Norum’s skills as a guitarist, vocalist and songwriter.
The video is dark, doomy and it reinforces the song’s message of wanting to escape your past and seeking hope somewhere else.

JOHN NORUM is set to release his NEW single CALLINGΒ on April 14th, the FOURTH single from his latest album ππ’π‘π π§π’ π¦π§ππ¬.
Three singles and music videos from the album have already been released, “Sail On“, “Voices of Silence” and “One by One“, and a music video for the titletrack “Gone to Stay” was released along with the album on October 28th, 2022.
